Continental breakfast included. A bit repetitive but perfectly adequate. Plenty of space in all areas. External grounds lovely to sit in on sunny day. Tea and coffee on tap in the lounge all day.

The unexpected surprise was the conveniently-placed electric charger station outside the hotel. It was free, always available to charge my car and I found it of value to our stay in Amherst. The staff was courteous, professional and always helpful. Had a much-needed couple of nights’ sound sleep in a spacious and well-kept room. All the usual room amenities provided. The Courtyard Marriott was located very handily for our primary purpose of local college visits, and secondarily places to dine, retail stores, fuel.

Nice King suite with a sofa (bed, which we didn't use) - very comfortable for a two-day stay. Very nice view through the window of the natural area behind the hotel, and the back patio seemed very nice. Location is perfect for visiting Amherst or Northampton.
