Continental breakfast included. A bit repetitive but perfectly adequate. Plenty of space in all areas. External grounds lovely to sit in on sunny day. Tea and coffee on tap in the lounge all day.

Room was comfortable. Had a refrigerator and coffee maker. Room was spacious. Free parking.
